I have no words to describe it, other than to say … I kinda like it.
As for the event itself – BE THERE! Ok, it’s jolly expensive, but I’ve heard it’s worth it. The gist of what I heard can be summed up with these points:
- Food food food Reuben Riffel food.
- The usual wine snobs and pros with their hair down, ties off and party shoes on.
- Mullineux and Sadie Family wines. Lots of them.
- A very very sexy little goody bag.
I’m going, and since I’m now freelancing i.e. don’t actually have a proper job at present, the rest of you properly employed wine drinkers have no excuse.
Here are a few links and pics… see you there!

Looks like a lot of fun!!!
(Who designed the poster btw??!!)
Nice one Inge. Thanks for the post.
We are very excited for a bigger better Revolution this year and it will definitely be worth the money!
The poster was designed by Jo at 2Design in Franschhoek, she designs all the posters, programmes, tasting sheets and more for the Revolution.
See you in the Swartland in November:)
